The Role
As a Google Ads Specialist, you are responsible for managing all aspects of Google Ads for named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to make our clients’ phones ring with qualified leads at the lowest cost possible.
Responsibilities Can Include:
- Develop AND implement Google Ads strategies for clients based on keyword research, competitor analysis, technical factors, conversion tracking, and many other factors that lead to developing a successful Google Ads strategy
- Be able to set up tags/triggers in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and test for accuracy in GTM and GA4
- Prepare reports for Google Ads to evaluate their overall performance
- Analyze website and ad traffic analytical data and trends to help make recommendations to boost both click-thru-rate and conversionsWork on a range of client accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines
- Keep up to date with all industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude towards Google Ads strategies and campaign results
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Career-driven, self-motivated, and focused on growing within a high-performing agency by bringing new ideas and strategies to the table
- Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines
- Superior time management skills working with a high degree of independence, utilizing tact and good judgment in the communication and processing of information to support the Clients goals
- Flexible and willing to adapt to change
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and also as a member of a team
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Google Ads experience with sound fundamentals of the Google Suite of Products and various Google Ads software and tools
- Experience and high level of proficiency using a variety of software packages, including all elements within Google Workspace
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders and from individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with ClickUp is a bonus
